Simply no complaints whatsoever, really comfortable stay. Low-budget hotel in a local area very close to the Cathedral of Rouen, the architectural masterpiece immortalilsed by the painter, Claude Monet, the Gros Horloge, the Vieux Marche and the beautiful Seine river as well as the ferry at Calais. Courteous, exceptional staff with smiling face.

The breakfast had a variety of local food, the room was spacious with bunk beds and a bathroom, the staff were friendly, and the location was tranquil near the Normandy beaches.

Clean, convenient and comfortable
I arrived Sunday night and there was no staff on site to provide me with my room key. I had to wait until another guest arrived to let me in the night entrance where I found my room key left on a chair. The pin code provided via the web site didn't match the pin code for the night entrance. Disappointing that the restaurant was closed!

Staff very helpful. Nice location
We had a smoking room when we had asked for a non smoking. They did say they would move us if it was a problem, but we decided to take the room anyway.

the twin room was functional and the hotel's convenient location made it easy to walk to nearby restaurants and attractions like the architectural masterpiece immortalized by a painter and Normandy. it was a short distance to the ferry at Calais.

Food and service was good. Location was very convenient for motorway network. Security of grounds/parking was useful if carrying valuables
No service whatsoever on Sundays and no warning of this or information about what might be open in the environs. Sunadya morning staff member was none too bright and gave the impression of being too busy to answer basic question on external door and security gate access codes. Free WiFi was unusable due to low signal strength.

facilities were new and clean,
arrived at 18.00 hours could not find entrance on all four side we had to telephone to find how to get in.we were told to go to the back which was on a housing estate and use a code to unlock a large sliding gate which we then had to push open,at 69 years old and 400 miles of driving I find this quite amazing.we needed another code then to access the hotel door.inside the lights were off and we had to look for switches, which were on timers, then climb 4 flights of stairs with luggage as no lifts in hotel.call reception from my room nobody there.went down to restaurant to find this closed also we could get no answer from the previous phone number so had to go without food until the breakfast I had chosen this hotel because of free wi-fi

Stayed here for a stopover, no complaint. It was a charming little and modern hotel set in a domestic area. I thoroughly enjoyed the decent size room. the bed was comfy. Shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets were very handy.

Especially the friendliness of the staff and the comparably excellent restaurant.Good parking facilities.
The room (for smokers) we had was shabby and very small.

We stayed in a triple room, but the single bed was perched on top of the toilet and bathroom. No chance of our 4 year old being safe in it. We had to climb up and put the mattress on the floor.

The restaurant was excellent value for money, and the staff were very helpful, with a fair command of the English language.
1) Our room lacked a desk with power points (mains sockets) - but to be fair, they put two extra beds into the room to accommodate all 4 of us! 2) The only available mains wall plate was loose in the wall. 3) The water pressure was pretty low.

Clean and trendy vibe here and the breakfast was amazing 🥐. Stayed in a double room, it was tidy and had a nice big bathtub in the ensuite bathroom.
